this is what 3 months of fixing the right things looks like.
no one talks about what actually happened between month 1 and month 3. here it is.

The first month (Feb) was the website. the store was running on a pirated theme and leaking conversions silently. broken checkout on mobile, no trust signals where the buyer was actually looking. we rebuilt it on a legitimate shopify theme. sales moved in week 1.
